Hi Islandgirl
Came across your letter to your Mum - its identical to what i wrote mine only a couple of days ago (diffirent circs - same fears and emotions). Was so moved just wanted to say Hi and I really hope you are heading in the right direction. I've never felt the need to respond to anything similar before so not sure what to say. Am currently trying to stay sane whilst husband fails rehab AGAIN and is now back on the streets. Found your site whilst searching for some kind of HELP for us that are left behind. Hi I am just organising some childcare for my children for me to do a six months detox and rehab, but the people I know are all saying they leave you in pain all night and don't give you any medication. I am still going to do it as soon as possible, have you got any helpful hits of what to do before hand and during my stay, it would be really good to have some feedback off somebody who know's rather than those who think they know it all but haven't tried it thanx.
